refugee camps are located in the western Algerian desert, near the border between Algeria and SADR. They are divided in 4 districts (wilaya), as a permanent reminder of cities taken, have the names of Laayoune, the capital of Western Sahara, Smara , the holy city; Dakhla, the most important port city and Auserd , a small town inside the country. Each field is divided into 6 or 7 people (dairas), every village in 4 districts. The organization of the camps is practically in the hands of women.
